Terms of Service
Elite Home Services (EHS) recognizes that in today’s busy world unplanned issues do occur. We understand the occasional need to cancel your appointment and we will always try to work with you. As a courtesy, we ask that you cancel your appointment at least 2 days in advance to allow us to appropriately distribute staff and possibly schedule another client. Appointments cancelled less than 2 days prior to your scheduled service will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Right of Access
If an EHS Specialist arrives for your scheduled service and access to your home or office is denied, you will be liable for the full amount of the service for that particular appointment.
Your security and peace of mind is a priority to us. For your protection, all keys and alarm codes to your home or office are coded and kept in a safety box; the keys will leave our office only on the day of the service. After each cleaning, we will arm your home or office’s alarm system to ensure your continued security. In addition, our employees are drug-tested, screened for past criminal history, and background verified.
All payments are due within 10 days of the invoice date. For your convenience, you may elect to have your credit card on file for immediate payment in which we will send a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt. Non-payments may be turned over to collections after 45 days after repeated attempts by phone and letter.
Valuables and Breakable/Fragile Items
Please safely secure heirlooms, valuables, breakable items and collectibles prior to cleanings. If you collect glass, china, statues or any fragile decorative items that are displayed in the open, we suggest that you secure them prior to cleaning. Although we take great care in cleaning and being careful - we cannot replace one of a kind antiques or collectibles. The very act of cleaning correctly and thoroughly may put delicate items at risk.
Every EHS Specialist promises to conduct themselves professionally in your home. In the event of an accidental damage, notify our office within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 48 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment.
We proudly stand behind our work. Should our service fall short of your ultimate satisfaction, kindly notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean that area at our expense.
